Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve) – Contract / Part-Time

Company: The Hive Collaborative

Location: Provo, UT (Hybrid or Flexible)

Pay: $40–$50/hour depending on experience

Hours: Approximately 10 hours

The Hive Collaborative is looking for a contract video editor with experience in DaVinci Resolve to help support our creative team. This role involves light editing work as well as guiding our team through some DaVinci basics, helping us build internal skills for future projects.

This is a short-term contract (around 10 hours total) with flexible scheduling.

What you’ll do

• Assist with video editing in DaVinci Resolve
• Help organize and streamline basic editing workflows
• Teach or walk team members through core editing functions
• Offer guidance on best practices for editing, color, and exporting
• Support a few current media projects

What we’re looking for

• Experience editing in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere etc
• Ability to explain tools and workflows clearly
• Organized and collaborative
• Comfortable working with a creative team environment
• Bonus: experience with color grading, audio cleanup, or motion graphics
