PakWheels is looking for a highly skilled Long Format Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality automotive content. The candidate will be responsible for editing long-form videos such as car reviews, expert reviews, vlogs, event coverage, and documentary-style automotive content for YouTube and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and modern YouTube editing styles while maintaining high production quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver long-form automotive videos for PakWheels YouTube channels.
• Create engaging storytelling through advanced video editing techniques.
• Maintain high-quality editing standards including color grading, sound balancing, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Optimize video pacing and structure to improve viewer retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with the content, production, and social media teams to ensure timely delivery of videos.
• Incorporate AI-generated visuals and video elements when required to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure videos follow PakWheels' brand guidelines and content standards.
• Manage project timelines and deliver edits within the required deadlines.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in editing long-form YouTube or documentary-style videos.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.
• Experience working with AI video generation tools (such as Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney workflows, etc.).
• Strong understanding of YouTube content structure, hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to handle multi-camera edits and complex timelines.
• Good sense of visual aesthetics, sound design, and cinematic editing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
