Video Editor

Capital Dental Clinic is looking for a Video Editor to join our in-house creative team in Nasr City, Cairo.

You'll be the go-to person for all video content across our accounts. This means short-form social videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), long-form YouTube content, motion graphics, and everything in between. The content spans dental and healthcare, so you'll be editing patient stories, educational content, product showcases, and personal brand videos for doctors.

This is a high-output role. You'll work on multiple projects daily across different brands and platforms, each with its own visual identity and tone. If you love fast-paced editing, motion graphics, and making scroll-stopping content, this is your kind of role.

IMPORTANT: You must include a link to your portfolio, showreel, or YouTube channel in your resume or LinkedIn profile. Applications without a visible portfolio will not be considered.

What you'll do:

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

- Edit long-form YouTube videos including patient testimonials, educational content, and brand films

- Create motion graphics: animated intros, lower thirds, text animations, infographic animations

- Handle color grading, audio mixing, and subtitle integration (Arabic and English)

- Design video thumbnails and cover images

- Repurpose content across platforms (one shoot, multiple outputs)

- Work with raw clinic footage, including dental procedures and patient transformations

- Maintain brand consistency across multiple accounts with different visual identities

- Stay on top of social media trends and adapt content formats accordingly

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience editing short-form social video content (Reels, TikTok) with strong hooks and pacing

- Motion graphics capability (After Effects or equivalent) for animated titles, lower thirds, and infographic animations

- Strong color grading and audio editing skills

- Experience working with Arabic-language content (dialogue, subtitles, text overlays)

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (primary) and Adobe After Effects

- Ability to handle high volume without compromising quality

- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating real client work (not just personal or student projects)

- Understanding of platform-specific requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)

Nice to have:

- Experience editing medical, dental, or healthcare content

- CapCut or mobile editing proficiency for quick social content

- Experience with AI-assisted video tools (Runway, Topaz, etc.)

- Photography or videography skills
