→ Role: Video Editor — Short-Form Reels

→ Type: Full-time, Onsite

→ Location: Z Block, DHA Phase 3, Lahore

→ Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Saturday

→ Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000/month (based on skill, not years)

→ Start: Immediately

What the job actually looks like:

You'll edit 4–5 short-form reels per day for e-commerce and service-based brands. You'll own the final cut, hooks, pacing, transitions, sound, captions, everything. You'll work alongside the strategy and content team. And you'll be expected to know what's trending before the client asks.

What you bring:

▸ 3+ years editing experience — agency or brand-side, not college projects

▸ Premiere Pro and After Effects are your backbone. CapCut is your speed tool.

▸ You've edited for e-commerce brands and understand product-first storytelling

▸ You know what a retention curve looks like and you edit to shape it

▸ You study hooks, scroll patterns, and platform algorithms — not just transitions

❌ Do NOT apply if:

✗ Your portfolio is wedding highlights and vlogs

✗ You can't name a single reel trend from this week

✗ You've never checked analytics on content you edited

✗ You think "creative" means heavy color grading and lens flares

✗ You need a guidance on what works on social media right now
