
Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce engaging video content for digital and social media platforms including

META, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

Collaborate with creative teams, motion designers, and account managers to understand

campaign objectives and deliver video assets that align with client and brand guidelines.

Develop short-form and long-form video content, including ads, stories, reels, explainers, and social-first content.

Optimize videos for platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, and specifications.

Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound design, and audio effects to enhance storytelling.

Assist in conceptualizing creative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the creative team.

Manage video libraries, organize raw footage, and maintain post-production archives.

Work within tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality output.

Stay updated on current social media trends, video formats, and storytelling techniques to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.

2–4 years of professional experience as a video editor in a digital-first advertising agency.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or relevant tools

Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, color grading, and audio editing.

Solid understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and short-form storytelling.

Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills tailored for digital audiences.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong attention to detail and a portfolio demonstrating social/digital video work.
