Video Editor (Onsite – Full Time)

We are looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to join our team at GWA. This is an onsite, full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who is passionate about video editing, social media content, and storytelling.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good knowledge of After Effects
• Experience using CapCut
• Familiar with any captioning/subtitle tools for videos
• DaVinci Resolve knowledge is a plus
• Able to understand and communicate in basic English
• Basic experience with AI tools, such as:
• ChatGPT
• Gemini AI video generation or AI-assisted editing tools, Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
• Experience editing podcasts
• Motion graphics & animated captions
• YouTube thumbnail design
• Basic understanding of content strategy & analytics
• Experience working with international clients
• Design Skills (Plus)

Responsibilities

• Create strong hooks for both short-form and long-form videos
• Edit trendy reels with animations, effects, and motion graphics
• Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Edit long-form content (YouTube videos, reviews, reactions, podcasts, vlogs)
• Add engaging captions, emojis, b-roll, sound effects, and music
• Maintain consistent branding, fonts, colors, and pacing
• Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips
• Optimize videos for each platform (aspect ratio, duration, hooks)
• Take feedback positively and revise edits when needed
• Meet deadlines and communicate progress clearly

• Working Hours:
• -- 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• -- 9-hour shift (1-hour break included)

Compensation

• Monthly salary (based on experience)
• Regular and timely payments
• Pay increase potential based on consistent quality and performance
