Video Editor - Intern

We’re looking for a Video Editor Intern who can handle both short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, VSLs, podcasts).

This is not a creative-only role. We need someone who understands content performance, pacing, and viewer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos with strong hooks and retention-focused cuts
• Edit long-form content including YouTube videos, podcasts, and VSLs
• Add subtitles, transitions, cuts, and basic motion graphics
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
• Maintain a fast turnaround time (daily output expected)
• Follow structured content briefs and brand guidelines
• Organize and manage video assets properly

Ideal Candidate

• 3 months to 6 months years of experience in video editing
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Knows how to create high-retention edits (hooks, pacing, cuts)
• Can work fast without constant supervision
• Good eye for detail and storytelling
• Bonus: Experience editing for agencies or personal brands

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
