Job Overview

Big O Soft is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist with strong expertise in short-form talking-head content. The ideal candidate should be skilled in crafting engaging videos using motion graphics, captions, and AI-powered tools, with a strong focus on audience retention and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form talking-head videos for social media platforms.
• Create engaging motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance editing speed, creativity, and output quality.
• Optimize videos for retention, engagement, and platform performance.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short, high-performing clips.

Requirements

• Proven experience in short-form video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong command of Adobe After Effects and good proficiency in video editing tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based editing tools/workflows.
• Understanding of social media trends and retention-based editing.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dynamic subtitles and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to bring creative direction and ideas into execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
