Video Editor (Social Media & E-commerce)

Job Overview

Kissprom is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. This role focuses on editing engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, understands current social media trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube), and can create visually appealing content that drives engagement and conversions.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content for marketing and branding
• Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos
• Add music, captions, subtitles, transitions, and effects aligned with brand style
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand campaign goals and creative direction
• Optimize videos for different platforms (format, timing, trends, hooks, etc.)
• Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and branding across all content
• Manage and organize video files and assets
• Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new creative ideas
• Assist with basic filming or content creation when needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
• Basic knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Portfolio required (must include social media or marketing-related work)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or apparel industry
• Experience creating viral or high-engagement content
• Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram algorithms and content strategy
• Bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus
