Job Description:
MENTISERA is seeking a passionate Video Editor Trainee with hands-on social media experience. The ideal candidate will assist in creating engaging video content for marketing campaigns, e-learning modules, and brand promotions across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and web.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce brand-aligned visuals.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Stay updated on video trends and social media algorithms.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media content styles.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
