The Role: Own the Creative Process
Join our team as a Video Editor where you will be the key driver of our visual content. This isn't just about cutting clips; it's about crafting compelling narratives that engage audiences and drive real results. You will have the autonomy to shape projects from concept to final delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into high-converting video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Develop and execute a video content strategy aligned with SEO and marketing goals to maximize reach and engagement.
• Enhance storytelling through professional color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Create custom thumbnails and optimize all video assets (titles, descriptions) for maximum visibility and click-through rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to transform ideas into impactful visual narratives.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• A minimum of 5+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing product videos and social media content.
• Prior experience in international calling sales or international calling customer support is required, as this role involves understanding international audience nuances.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (Final Cut Pro knowledge is a plus).
• Proven skills in motion graphics, audio editing, and thumbnail design.
• A solid understanding of video SEO and how to optimize content for algorithm performance.
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
