Job Purpose:

• The Video Editor/Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality video and graphic content that supports Red Sea Global’s content needs.
• The role combines strong editing, motion, and graphic design capabilities to translate project narratives into clear, visually refined outputs.
• Working closely with various teams across Red Sea Global, the position ensures consistency, storytelling clarity, and visual polish across all formats while supporting the studio’s fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble high-quality video content for marketing, promotional, and internal use, including campaign films and sales materials.
• Design graphic assets such as layouts, titles, visual identities, pitch decks, and supporting collateral aligned with Red Sea Global’s brand guidelines.
• Work across video editing, motion elements, and static design, ensuring visual consistency across all outputs.
• Translate briefs and narratives into clear, engaging visual stories that support communication and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate closely with filmmakers, animators, visualization teams, and stakeholders to align content with project intent.
• Manage revisions and feedback efficiently, maintaining quality and accuracy under tight timelines.
• Prepare and optimize content for multiple platforms and formats, including digital, presentation, and large-scale displays.
• Maintain organized project files, templates, and asset libraries to support studio efficiency.
• Contribute to creative reviews and production planning with informed visual input.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in filmmaking or a relevant field
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in relevant field
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Skills

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with strong graphic design capabilities, preferably within a creative studio, agency, or media production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, typography, layout, and composition.
• Ability to work confidently across both motion and static design deliverables.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both video editing and graphic design work is required
