Video Editor/Videographer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a video editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling video content across various platforms. Your primary task will be editing raw footage into polished videos that align with our brand's vision and objectives. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure that all projects meet high standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video footage to create high-quality content for various platforms (social media, YouTube, commercials, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, style, and tone
• Select and combine raw video footage, sound, graphics, and visual effects
• Enhance the audio and visual elements of the video to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency
• Manage and organize video assets and project files efficiently
• Ensure that all videos are completed within agreed-upon timelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video editing techniques, and new software tools
• Assist with video pre-production and post-production processes
• Review and implement feedback from team members and clients to improve video content
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and creativity in editing work

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio of work showcasing editing skills
• Proficiency in video editing/creation software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects etc.)
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
• Familiarity with color correction and audio mixing techniques
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• A degree or certification in Film Production, Media Arts, or related field (optional but preferred)
