Position Overview

You own the video execution for live and hybrid events inside a fast-paced hospitality venue. You run cameras, switching, streaming, and signal flow with precision. You support high-end weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and virtual productions. You ensure every frame looks clean and every stream runs without failure.


This role sits at the intersection of AV production and guest experience. You move fast, solve problems in real time, and protect the show.

What You Own

You handle the full video workflow from setup to strike.

  • Operate Blackmagic switchers and routing systems
  • Run Panasonic PTZ cameras and manage presets and tracking
  • Execute live switching for in-room and streamed audiences
  • Manage Zoom and hybrid meeting integrations
  • Configure streaming platforms and encoders
  • Monitor video signal integrity across all endpoints
  • Coordinate with audio team on sync and signal flow
  • Troubleshoot issues live with zero hesitation
  • Set up, test, and break down all video gear
  • Maintain clean cable management and safe setups

  • Blackmagic Design video systems
  • Panasonic PTZ cameras
  • Zoom and hybrid meeting platforms
  • Streaming encoders and switchers
  • Soundcraft UI digital mixing console
  • Midas M32 console
  • Projection, LED walls, and confidence monitors


If you do not know every system, you learn fast and execute under pressure.

Requirements

  • Experience in live event video production
  • Strong understanding of hybrid and Zoom workflows
  • Familiarity with Blackmagic systems or similar
  • Experience with PTZ camera operation
  • Basic knowledge of live audio systems and signal flow
  • Ability to lift and move production equipment
  • Availability for nights and weekends
