ProMedia Group is a full-service digital production agency that creates high-quality video, multimedia, and marketing content for corporate clients, local governments, and broadcast. Our work ranges from television commercials and branded content to documentary-style storytelling and digital campaigns.

We’re looking for a Video Producer / Production Coordinator to join our production team.

This role is focused on assisting our Senior Video Producer and Production Manager in managing productions, coordinating logistics, and keeping projects moving from concept to delivery. While production experience is important, this position is more about project management, communication, planning shoots, coordinating teams, and making sure projects run smoothly.

You’ll work closely with clients, videographers, editors, and our internal creative team to ensure productions stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with the creative vision.

This role reports to the Senior Video Producer.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate video productions from pre-production through delivery
  • Communicate with clients to schedule shoots and gather project details
  • Plan shoot logistics including locations, schedules, crew, and equipment
  • Work with videographers and editors to keep projects on schedule
  • Assist with writing scripts, interview questions, and messaging
  • Be on set alongside a videographer to conduct interviews and keep the shoot day flowing
  • Assist editor with the a-rolling of interviews and developing the story
  • Support larger commercial productions and branded campaigns
  • Help ensure projects stay organized, on budget, and on timeline

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong ability to write clear, engaging scripts and interview prompts for video content
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Understanding of video production workflows
  • 1–2 years experience with Davinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere
  • 1–2 years experience as a video producer
  • Comfortable working flexible hours when productions require it
