Duties
- Develop and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Create compelling social media content that engages audiences and promotes brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Conduct SEO keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage in social listening to monitor brand reputation and audience sentiment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Design graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to support marketing initiatives.
- Execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective relationship management and public relations efforts.
- Perform proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Analyze web analytics data to inform content strategy and improve user engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, branding, photography, and video editing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production, social media management, or digital marketing.

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Content Producer who can elevate our brand storytelling across all digital platforms — from product launch videos to major event coverage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and produce high-quality product videos that highlight brand identity, design, and functionality for online marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube that aligns with current trends.
- Capture and edit lifestyle photography and video content for web, social, and advertising use.
- Develop and execute creative strategies for growing our social media presence across all major platforms.
- Oversee the entire production process — concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Manage in-house and freelance creative talent (videographers, editors, models, stylists, photographers, etc.) as needed.
- Source and coordinate external talent or specialists for large projects or brand events.
- Maintain and manage all production equipment and ensure content quality standards are consistently met.
- Work closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver content that drives sales and engagement.
- Stay up to date on the latest visual trends, camera tech, and editing tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in content production, brand marketing, or digital media.
- Advanced knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and composition.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and visual trends.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns end-to-end.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high creative standards.
- Experience sourcing and managing freelance or event-based talent is highly preferred.
- Must have access to professional camera gear, lenses, lighting, and editing hardware.
