Video Shooter & Editor - Real Estate (Ajman / UAE) + Administrative Assistant

Capture high-quality video footage of real estate properties in Ajman, UAE, showcasing their best features and ambiance.

Edit raw footage into engaging videos, incorporating music, text overlays, and visual effects to create compelling narratives.

Manage the entire video production workflow, from pre-production planning and location scouting to post-production editing and final delivery.

Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand project requirements and ensure videos align with brand guidelines.

Basic administrative tasks such as:

• Manage filing systems and maintain/organise paperwork
• Handle email correspondence and internal communications
• Sort, scan and archive documents
• Answer phone calls and deal with enquiries
• Prepare letters and basic documents
• Assist with general office and administrative support tasks

Skills

Desired skills:

Secondary School, Intermediate School, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Architecture

Male candidate preferably

Possess a Diploma or bachelor's degree in film production, video editing or any related field with basic administrative background; a strong foundation is key.

Holds relevant certifications in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; demonstrate expertise.

Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience in video shooting and editing, preferably within real estate or related industries.

Has a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property marketing strategies in UAE.

Has a minimum of 1 years experience in basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate videography
• Professional camera handling (Sony/Canon preferred)
• Drone shooting license in UAE is a plus
• Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut Pro)
• Ability to create cinematic reels and short conversion focused ads
• Fast turnaround time
• Creative storytelling skills
• Basic administrative skills as mentioned in job description
