About the Role

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for capturing stunning visuals? We are looking for a talented Videographer to bring our real estate projects to life through engaging videos. You will play a key role in creating content that showcases our properties, drives marketing campaigns, and strengthens our brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

Experience in real estate is a plus—but your creativity, technical skills, and eye for detail matter most.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for property showcases, promotional campaigns, events, and client testimonials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure every video aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Manage all aspects of video production, from camera operation and lighting to sound and post-production editing.
• Produce content optimized for social media, websites, property portals, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain a well-organized library of raw and edited footage for ongoing and future campaigns.
• Assist in creating motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements as needed.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest video trends, techniques, and storytelling innovations.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Videographer, preferably in marketing, creative production, or media.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and audio capture.
• Experience handling professional cameras and production equipment.
• Exceptional storytelling and creative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media video optimization and digital marketing trends.

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate videography or working with property developers.
• Skills in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
