Videographer (Bucked Up)

Position Overview

Bucked Up is seeking a highly creative and adaptable Videographer to join our in-house Content Team. This role is responsible for producing both long-form and short-form video content for Bucked Up’s digital platforms and marketing initiatives.

The Videographer will capture and edit content designed for multiple channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, brand campaigns, events, product promotions, and commercial productions. This role requires someone who can independently shoot and edit content while also collaborating with a larger production team on more complex projects.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, flexible, comfortable receiving direction and feedback, and able to thrive in a fast-paced content environment where priorities may shift quickly.


Key Responsibilities

Video Production

  • Shoot high-quality video content for Bucked Up’s social media platforms and marketing initiatives.
  • Capture both vertical and horizontal content depending on platform and project needs.
  • Produce short-form and long-form content including social media videos, brand storytelling, product features, lifestyle content, and promotional material.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure professional production quality.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit video content for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and enhancements using tools such as Adobe After Effects.
  • Deliver polished edits that align with Bucked Up’s brand standards and creative direction.
  • Implement revisions and feedback efficiently.

Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Content Director, photographers, videographers, editors, and marketing team to execute creative concepts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for social media and brand content.
  • Assist on larger productions including commercial shoots, brand campaigns, and events.
  • Support the production team in various roles depending on project needs.

Flexibility & Workflow

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and content needs in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
  • Maintain organization of footage and project files.

Travel & On-Location Shoots

  • Participate in travel shoots when required for campaigns, events, or commercial productions.
  • Be available to travel during workdays as needed for Bucked Up productions.

Work Environment

  • This position is in-office at the Bucked Up Content House in Linden, Utah.
  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • Occasional travel for production shoots may be required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a videographer or video content creator.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Ability to shoot and edit content independently.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of vertical and horizontal video formats.
  • Ability to take direction and apply creative feedback.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel when required for productions.
