The Role

At Complete Weddings + Events, our videographers don’t just shoot — they capture moments that couples will replay for the rest of their lives. You'll work in fast-paced, feel-good environments filming real emotions, real people, and real parties.

We handle the editing and client management. You handle the creativity and the camera.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Film weddings, receptions, and private events (nothing awkward or corporate)
• Capture audio, candid moments, and key events with cinematic style
• Coordinate with other team members (like photographers and DJs) for smooth flow
• Upload raw footage after the event — our in-house editors take it from there

Must-Have Gear (Non-Negotiable):

You must already own professional videography equipment that meets these minimum requirements:

Camera Requirements

• Nikon: D3, D4, D5, D800, D850, D700, D750, D7500, D600, D610
• Canon: 1D2–1DX, 5D2–5D4, 5DS, 5DR, 6D–6D2
• Sony: A7R ii, A7R iii, A7 iii, A9

All cameras must be 16MP+ and made in 2014 or later (older models can only be backups). Full-frame preferred. Lenses must be f/3.5 or faster — no kit lenses or slow zooms.

Lighting + Support Gear

• 2 flashes (any brand)
• 2 light stands
• Reflector
• Flash diffuser (umbrella or softbox)
• Tripod or monopod (for steady, clean footage)

You Might Be Our Perfect Videographer If You:

• Have a storyteller’s eye and a passion for filming real people
• Are dependable, friendly, and professional on-site
• Are available most weekends and have reliable transportation
• Can manage and carry gear without issue
• Know how to stay cool under pressure (even during bouquet tosses and wild dance circles)
