Full job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing, Videographer & Photographer to lead all visual content and marketing activities for our Dubai-based real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality property visuals and executing effective marketing strategies to promote listings, projects, and the company brand.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Photography

• Capture high-quality property photos, videos, reels, and walkthroughs
• Produce and edit professional real estate videos for listings, social media, and websites
• Conduct indoor and outdoor property shoots using professional equipment
• Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software
• Maintain and organize a digital library of media content

Marketing & Digital Promotion

• Plan and execute real estate marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Property Finder, Bayut, etc.
• Create engaging content for social media, listings, and advertisements
• Work closely with agents to highlight key selling points of properties
• Manage posting schedules and basic performance tracking
• Support branding and promotional activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, videography, and photography in Dubai
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market and property marketing
• Proficiency in camera equipment and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
• Experience with social media marketing and property portals
• Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Drone photography/videography license (UAE-approved)
• Experience with real estate portals and developer branding
• Knowledge of basic graphic design and content strategy
