About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that highlights our properties, brand, and services. You will play a key role in creating compelling visual stories that attract buyers, tenants, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties, events, and company projects.
• Edit videos to produce engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop video concepts aligned with business goals.
• Shoot promotional videos, walkthrough tours, drone footage, interviews, and testimonial videos.
• Manage lighting, sound, and camera equipment to ensure professional output.
• Stay updated with the latest video and editing trends to bring fresh ideas into content creation.
• Maintain an organized video library for easy retrieval and repurposing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Proficiency in using professional camera equipment, drones, and stabilizers.
• Creative storytelling and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing trends is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with drone videography (licensed drone operator is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate or lifestyle video projects.
• Basic photography skills.
