Job Description

We are seeking a talented Videographer & Video Editor (Arabic or Philiphines) to join our dynamic marketing team at Benefits Properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our properties, services and brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging videos for social media, website and promotional campaigns, bringing creative ideas to life that connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit video content for property listings, client testimonials, corporate events and promotional campaigns.
• Develop engaging video concepts aligned with the company’s branding and marketing goals.
• Operate cameras, drones, lighting and audio equipment to capture professional footage.
• Edit videos with high attention to detail, ensuring smooth transitions, audio balance and creative storytelling.
• Create short-form and long-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and deliver content that enhances brand visibility.
• Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an efficient workflow.
• Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques and social media content strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer & Video Editor (real estate experience is a plus) (Arabic or Philiphine).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar).
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting and sound recording.
• Ability to produce content tailored for different social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of photography and graphic design is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
