We’re looking for a Team Lead – Videographer & Video Editor who can take charge of our video production process — from concept to final cut — and create visually compelling content that engages, inspires, and converts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage media production to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Plan, shoot, and edit a wide range of videos including commercials, interviews, product videos, social media reels,podcast and corporate content.
• Oversee the full video production cycle — pre-production, shooting, post-production, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to develop video strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Maintain consistency in visual storytelling, color grading, sound design, and overall video quality.
• Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, and techniques to keep our content fresh and innovative.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a videographer and video editor; at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Expertise in lighting, framing, color grading, and sound editing.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visuals.
• Strong project management and leadership skills with a team-oriented approach.
• A solid portfolio showcasing your best video work and editing capabilities.
