Job Title: Videographer & Video Editor

Reporting: Creative Lead

Location: Bangalore (on-site)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a versatile Videographer & Video Editor to join our Brand Marketing – Creative Team. The role requires someone who has strong storytelling skills and technical knowledge to create high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand promotions.

You will work closely with Creative Lead – Copy, to help shape Barbeque Nation’s visual storytelling across platforms by creating engaging visual content that is consistent with brand tone, style, and visual identity and that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content – reels, product videos, guest experiences, promotional videos, brand films for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and execute planned shoots.
• Manage lighting, framing, and sound setup during shoots
• Manage all stages of production, from pre-production tasks (scripting, storyboarding, and shoot planning), to capturing engaging video footage to post-production tasks (video editing, color correction, sound design) and incorporating motion graphics when necessary.
• Edit videos using professional tools.
• Add titles, transitions, effects, graphics and background scores to enhance storytelling
• Edit content formats for different platforms (organic posting, shorts, reels, long-form YouTube videos).
• Organise and manage video archives and backups.
• Use AI tools to enhance speed and creative output.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Film, Video Editing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in video production and editing
• Experience in Food & Beverages & Restaurant brands is a plus.
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Knowledge of camera handling, light and sound design
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and video requirements for each.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and timing in video production.
• Able to multitask and work on in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio is a must
