Videographer / Editor (Automotive + AI-Driven Content)Overview

We’re hiring a Videographer/Editor to capture and produce high-quality automotive content inside a working shop environment. This role is execution-focused: film real repairs, builds, and customer moments—then turn them into high-performing video across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

You will be expected to use AI tools to move faster, improve output, and scale content production. This is a modern content role, not a traditional editing job.

Responsibilities

• Capture video/photo content of repairs, paint, builds, and deliveries
• Edit content for:
• YouTube (long-form)
• Instagram / TikTok (short-form)
• Use AI tools for faster editing, captions, audio cleanup, and ideation
• Add motion graphics, overlays, and light effects where needed
• Identify and capture strong content opportunities in real time
• Maintain organized files and deliver on tight timelines

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required), After Effects (preferred)
• Strong camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals
• Ability to shoot in a fast-paced, real-world environment
• Experience creating content optimized for engagement (not just visuals)
• Fast, efficient, and output-driven

AI Expectation

You must be comfortable using (or quickly learning) AI tools for:

• Auto-editing / clipping
• Captions and transcription
• Audio and video enhancement

If you rely only on manual editing, you will fall behind.
