Videographer/Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and editing it into engaging, polished final products. This role requires a strong understanding of both videography and post-production editing, including the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. The Videographer and Editor will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce content for various platforms, including digital media, social media, corporate videos, product demonstrations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Videography:
• Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video content for a range of purposes, including promotional videos, interviews, events, corporate projects, and product demonstrations.
• Operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting setups, and sound recording devices.
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio quality during shoots to create professional-level video content.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute video concepts and scripts.
• Video Editing:
• Edit raw footage into polished, cohesive videos that align with the project’s objectives and brand identity.
• Add graphics, animations, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance the visual experience.
• Color-correct, adjust audio levels, and ensure final video quality meets technical standards for various platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, etc.).
• Create engaging promotional videos, highlight reels, and other multimedia content as needed.
• Project Management:
• Manage the video production process from start to finish, including pre-production planning, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Organize and archive raw footage, edited projects, and media assets for future use.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Collaborate with clients, the creative team, and stakeholders to ensure videos meet the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.
• Bring fresh and innovative ideas to video production and storytelling techniques.
• Stay updated with video trends, editing techniques, and emerging technologies to keep content modern and engaging.
• Post-Production Workflow:
• Ensure an efficient workflow from raw footage acquisition to final delivery, using software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or other video editing tools.
• Maintain backups and ensure organized management of all video assets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Expertise in operating professional video cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, lighting, and audio to produce high-quality content.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and portfolio.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
