Schneider Graphics Inc. is a family-owned corporation providing full vinyl graphic services to transportation and advertising industries for the last 35 years. Our company started off serving the transportation industry and has grown to specialize in commercial vehicle graphics and other large format graphics ever since. Our team is known for being creative, talented, and knowledgeable on industry relevant trainings and experience.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support successful creative design initiatives and pre-production setups. This role involves visual design, file preparation, and production support to ensure high-quality execution from concept through final output. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented and is able to work independently while upholding our core values from start to finish of the production and designing process. Our graphic and production team is the behind the scenes conceptual design of the company to our customers and takes great pride in the satisfaction and quality that we leave on each job.

Design Duties:

· Create custom vinyl graphics for vehicles, storefronts, signage, wall wraps, decals and more

· Develop layout proofs based on client specs and measurements

· Prepare production-ready artwork using the Adobe Creative Suite and Composer

· Edit and clean up client-supplied artwork

· Ensure proper scaling, bleed, and/or correct cut paths

· Match brand colors and maintain consistency across projects

· Communicate directly with sales or clients to revise proofs

· Prepare print files for large-format printers and vinyl cutters

· Assisting with logo recreation or simple branding packages

· Measuring vehicles for various installs or building templates

Other Tasks you may be asked to assist with:

· Lamination and trimming

· Weed and mask vinyl graphics

· Package completed graphics

· Checking quality and ensuring all graphics are packaged properly

· Able to perform basic installs (decals, small signage)

· Standing for prolonged periods of time may be required

This position is an in-house position, NOT a work from home position
