My client is looking to hire a performance-driven Account Manager for their VIP Account Management team in the GCC region. You'll own a portfolio of high-value clients to boost satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationships: Manage high-value traders, serving as their advocate with concierge-level support, proactive outreach, and tailored insights to boost loyalty.
- Growth: Drive cross-sell/upsell, monitor usage and AUM, and promote product adoption to fuel trading and revenue.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Track NPS and feedback, partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance for seamless experiences, and grow business via referrals and relationships.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally in Web 3.0/crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven success with high-value/HNW clients.
- Strong grasp of crypto markets and trader behaviour (or eager to learn fast).
- Confident communicator with interpersonal finesse.
