About The Role
The VIP Lounge Server reports to the Shift Manager Food & Beverage and is responsible for providing prompt, friendly and efficient service to our guests while serving food & beverage orders to player lounge guests.
Position Responsibilities

Create a fun experience for guests daily

Adding to guest enjoyment through friendly interactions

Communications with guests which are differentiated based on guest needs and desires

Performing role in an efficient and effective manner

Anticipating guest needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns

Ensuring our processes are adding, rather than taking away from guest experience
Essential Functions
-
Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment

The ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
-
Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift

Must be able lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
-
Ability to work holidays, weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours

Ability to effectively communicate in English
Requirements
What's Required
-
Experience as a food & beverage server in a high-volume restaurant or Resort
-
Strong guest service skills; including ability to converse with guests

Positive, personable, and outwardly friendly

Ability to perform role in a in a busy, high volume work environment
-
Scheduling flexibility; to include nights and weekends
-
Serves alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages according to service standards

Must completely bus tables & keep respective station & side station clean & stocked always
