Viral Organic Short-form Social Media Strategist

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and innovative Viral Organic Social Media Strategist (bonus if you're a viral UGC creator as well) to help ideate and manage creative ORGANIC social media campaigns and content for our clients. MUST have experience (and links to show) of at least five different viral organic pieces of content that you created or ideated, across five different product or brand niches. You'll be working along side our CEO to ideate viral content concepts, manage creators, review content, and create viral momentum vis short-form videos across our clients' social platforms. Bonus if you're a creator yourself!

You will be managing the social campaigns from start to finish! 1) Create viral brand-aligned content concepts 2) source creators 3) send concepts and briefs that you create to the creators 4) get the content from the creators 5) review with a VIRAL EYE, send feedback 6) post the content

Duties

• MUST know what makes a video go viral, MUST have an eye for how to review and provide feedback to a creator, to make the video go viral
• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and virality across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create captivating content concepts and assign them to UGC creators
• Manage creators: create the viral concepts, send the concept to the creators, get the videos back from them, send revisions, post the videos
• Monitor social listening tools to analyze trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activity to inform content planning.
• Manage social media accounts
• Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to increase discoverability.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to craft brand messaging that aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to amplify reach.
• Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth and loyalty.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, video editing techniques, e-commerce integrations, and social media innovations to keep strategies fresh and effective.

Skills

• Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on viral organic content creation.
• Know how to ideate and create organic viral short-form content
• Skilled in short-form video editing
• Experience creating VIRAL organic short form video content ACROSS NICHES
• Caption writing -- expert level needed
• Manage UGC campaign from start to finish
• Bonus if you're a creator, too!
• Ability to develop compelling branding messages
• Excellent proofreading skills ensuring high-quality content output.
• Strong relationship management skills for community engagement across diverse audiences.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
