Founded by Bowdre Clayton , our team provides thoughtful, compassionate guidance tailored to every student’s strengths, passions, and goals. From school selection and application strategy to interview coaching, essay support, and transition planning, we partner with families through every step of the process.

In addition to one-on-one consulting, we host educational events, speaker series, and workshops designed to equip families with insight, resources, and connections as they navigate the admissions journey.

Based in Greenville, SC, we proudly serve families locally and around the world — helping each one discover the school that feels like the right fit, both academically and personally.



Role Description

Client Management

  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries via email and scheduling platforms.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, including sending welcome materials and contracts.
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM (Dubsado/other platforms).

Marketing + Social Media Support

  • Assist with posting and scheduling content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email newsletters.
  • Help coordinate podcast/social content related to The Prep Table .
  • Draft and format marketing materials (checklists, PDFs, client guides).

Event Coordination

  • Provide logistical support for virtual and in-person events, including speaker coordination, RSVPs, and follow-up.

General Admin

  • Calendar management for Bowdre
  • Light bookkeeping support (invoicing, tracking payments).
  • Research tasks (schools, venues, vendors)


Qualifications

Previous experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or client services coordinator.

Strong organizational and communication skills — both written and verbal.

Familiarity with tools like Dubsado, Canva, Zoom, Google Workspace, and social scheduling platforms.

Ability to handle confidential family and student information with discretion.

  • Polished, professional, and approachable demeanor.
