Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficiency across various projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails, calls, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar events.
  • Assist with social media management (posting, engagement, and content scheduling).
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project milestones.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, ( Preferred ).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company procedures.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets ( call handling time, customer satisfaction).
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and fellow collogues at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products, services, and policies.

Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in BPO industry.

Excellent English communication skills.
