As the Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role on the Authentic Impact team as we serve our clients. You’ll be a key point of contact for both clients and consultants and will be essential in providing operational and project administrative support. Your responsibilities include managing client schedules and communication, coordinating with vendors, preparing documents and reports, handling calendar management, arranging travel, and supporting general meeting coordination.
Although this role is virtual, the preferred location is Omaha, NE, to facilitate occasional on-site meetings at the Omaha office. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and work independently to support consultants and clients. Administrative Support – your responsibilities in this role include scheduling and communicating with clients, coordinating with vendors, preparing documents and reports, arranging travel, and managing calendars. These tasks require a high level of professionalism, punctuality, accuracy, and independent judgment.
Building Relationships – you will engage with clients, vendors, team members, and others, representing Authentic Impact and our values. Your ability to develop and maintain genuine relationships and connections will be important. Effective communication skills are essential.
Planning, organizing, and coordinating work, and managing multiple responsibilities with different deadlines, will help you use your time effectively while delivering the high level of service our clients expect. This includes utilizing software and technology, and maintaining accurate records and activity logs.

· At least five (5) years of experience in a professional setting providing administrative support, along with good judgment, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn additional software programs.
· Professional communication skills demonstrated with discretion and confidentiality.
· Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple priorities.
· Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented, client-focused setting.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
