Considerate Tree Inc., a leading tree preservation company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a highly organised and professional Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a Full-Time position based in Texas City, Texas, United States. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and reliable individual responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure our operations run smoothly. You will play a crucial role in coordinating daily activities and maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate scheduling for our field teams, including skilled tree climbers and equipment such as bucket trucks and chippers.
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
* Prepare and issue client quotations, process invoices, and follow up on payments.
* Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
* Organise digital files and documentation to support our operational workflow.
* Liaise between clients and our tree care specialists to ensure clear communication and successful project execution.
* Perform general administrative duties as required to support the wider team.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a high level of digital literacy.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* A professional demeanour and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
* Experience in a trade or service-based industry is desirable but not essential.
