Virtual Assistant – Admin & HR (ZR-638)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (Admin & HR) to support daily operations across administrative, HR, and creative functions. This role involves managing communications, assisting with recruitment processes, organizing business tasks, and supporting basic design and multimedia needs. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar Admin/HR role
  • 2+ years of experience using Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Indeed
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to draft professional emails, quotations, and business documents
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe, Canva, Figma)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365

Responsibilities

  • Manage emails and respond to client and internal communications promptly
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize files
  • Draft quotations, proposals, and business documents
  • Post and manage job listings on platforms like Indeed and other job boards
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Maintain candidate and employee records
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and maintain clear communication
  • Create graphics using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Figma
  • Edit videos for social media, presentations, or marketing campaigns
  • Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and social media creatives

Nice-to-Have

  • Ability to manage recruitment independently (training will be provided)
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Other Details

  • Work Mode: In-office
  • Job Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM PKT)
  • Job Location: Shaheed-e-Millat Road, off Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
