Job Title: LinkedIn Content & Design Manager Virtual Assistant (Remote, Full Time)

Oxen Softwares is a growing software solutions company specializing in custom CRM systems, workflow automation, and business management platforms for international clients. We help businesses replace manual operations, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools with systems built around their real workflow.
We are looking for a full-time LinkedIn Content & Design Manager who will work directly with the founder to manage all LinkedIn-related activities and assist with business outreach. This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and highly detail-oriented with strong English communication skills. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging content, as well as managing lead generation and minor virtual assistant tasks.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Salary Structure
Starting salary is 15,000 PKR per month during the initial training and performance period. After four months, a performance evaluation will be conducted. Based on performance, consistency, and responsibility, salary will be increased to 25,000 PKR per month. If performance expectations are not met, salary will remain at 15,000 PKR.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role will be LinkedIn lead generation. You will research companies, identify decision makers, and build organized lead lists based on provided criteria. You will follow clear instructions and maintain accurate records daily.
You will also assist with managing LinkedIn company activity, formatting and publishing approved content, maintaining lead tracking sheets, and supporting business outreach activities.
A secondary responsibility will include searching for relevant project opportunities on platforms like Upwork based on predefined filters and submitting shortlisted opportunities for review.
This is an execution focused role. Strategy, communication with clients, and sales conversations will be handled by the founder.
Requirements
Strong English writing and comprehension skills are mandatory. Speaking is not required, but you must write English proficiently and understand what customers or instructions are communicating.
Photoshop or equivalent design skills: ability to generate banners, images, and visual content for social media or LinkedIn posts.
Experience with video editing and content creation
