Virtual Assistant (ONSITE)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our team at our Gulberg Greens office in Islamabad. This is an onsite role (not remote), ideal for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals looking to build a career in a professional and growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team
  • Handle emails, scheduling, and data entry tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams professionally
  • Assist in day-to-day office and coordination tasks
  • Perform internet research and basic reporting when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fresh and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, internet use)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Flexible with timings (US Based) Night Shift 6pm -3 am MON-FRI
