Virtual Assistant to Founder

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Virtual Assistant to work directly alongside a dynamic UK-based entrepreneur managing a diverse portfolio of growing businesses. This is not your standard administrative job. You will be the Founder's trusted right-hand, bringing structure, organisation, and momentum to ventures spanning marketing, energy brokerage, e-commerce, and emerging technology.

This is a long-term opportunity specifically designed for someone ambitious. If your goal is to grow into an Operations Manager or Chief of Staff, this role will provide the direct mentorship, exposure, and responsibility to get you there.

Your Impact

Because the founder operates across multiple ventures, your days will be dynamic, engaging, and highly varied. Your primary mission is to keep the founder focused, organised, and moving forward.

Daily Operations & Strategic Support

  • Take ownership of the founder’s schedule, priorities, and task lists to ensure a structured workflow.
  • Coordinate ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and momentum is maintained.
  • Draft high-level emails, prepare professional documents, and serve as a reliable communication hub.
  • Conduct research and distil complex information into clear summaries for rapid decision-making.
  • Follow up with international partners, freelancers, and team members to drive execution.

Cross-Venture Coordination

  • Organise seamless client onboarding and track progress.
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure business records are up to date.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, content schedules, and sales administration.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Top-tier organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup.
  • A proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Manager.
  • Familiarity with modern productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion).
  • A basic understanding of business operations or marketing concepts.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: PKR 50,000 - 130,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
