Virtual Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Virtual Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, email communication, and administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day to day customer interactions while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer care or administrative roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and email management tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • English: Fluent (written and spoken) - Mandatory
  • Hindi: Conversational to Fluent (Not mandatory)
Responsible For
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and online channels
  • Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer issues
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record management
  • Maintain customer databases and internal documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow ups
