Virtual Data Entry Specialist Administration

As a Virtual Data Entry Specialist, you will support administrative operations by maintaining accurate records and ensuring data is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain data across systems and databases
  • Review information for accuracy and completeness
  • Organize and manage digital records, files, and documentation
  • Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative logs
  • Perform data validation and correct discrepancies when needed
  • Assist with report preparation and data summaries
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks

Requirements
