Virtual Medical Assistant - Remote

We are looking for a highly experienced Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in medical administrative workflows, patient coordination, and billing processes. Experience Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a VMA (mandatory) Minimum 4+ years of overall relevant experience At least 1.5+ years of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) experience Candidates with less than the required experience Key Responsibilities: Manage and schedule patient appointments across multiple platforms Work on portals including Headway, Alma, Grow Therapy, Viya Health, and UHC Monitor and update patient appointments in all portals Ensure timely communication and responses to patients Verify patient eligibility and benefits through portals Handle prior authorizations efficiently Review and track Labcorp results Use tools like Office Ally for practice management tasks Send invoices to self-pay patients (patients without insurance) Respond to emails and manage patient communications professionally Handle incoming calls and provide appropriate support Collect patient reviews and feedback Attend daily meetings and stay closely connected with providers Perform medical billing tasks and support RCM processes Required Skills: Strong knowledge of practice management workflows Experience with multiple healthcare portals Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setup Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility How to Apply: Interested candidates who meet all the above requirements can send their resume to: mzmedcure@gmail.com
