Job description:

We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to support live system stability, performance profiling, and incident resolution across Unity-based game systems and backend services. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance reliability, optimize performance, and improve incident responsiveness for first-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance features and reliability across first-party Unity-based applications .
• Drive runtime stability improvements, performance optimization, and advanced profiling capabilities (Unity, C#, C++).
• Support rapid incident resolution and system recovery across game runtime and backend infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of stability and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Unity, C#, and C++.
• Strong background in runtime stability, performance profiling, and optimization.
• Experience with incident management and live system troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and contribute immediately in live environments.
