Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients through virtual channels (video, phone, email, chat) to understand their investment needs in the bond market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide them with personalized investment solutions.
- Explain features, benefits, and risks of various bond products.
- Keep clients updated on market trends, portfolio performance, and product updates.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other investment products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure high-quality client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in wealth management / investment advisory / financial sales, preferably in fixed income / bonds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of bond markets, interest rates, and portfolio management.
- Ability to build trust and provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
