Virtual Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients through virtual channels (video, phone, email, chat) to understand their investment needs in the bond market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide them with personalized investment solutions.
  • Explain features, benefits, and risks of various bond products.
  • Keep clients updated on market trends, portfolio performance, and product updates.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for other investment products.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure high-quality client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in wealth management / investment advisory / financial sales, preferably in fixed income / bonds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of bond markets, interest rates, and portfolio management.
  • Ability to build trust and provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
