Job Description

We are seeking passionate and motivated Visa Consultants to join our Dubai office. Candidates with experience in handling visit visa applications for Schengen countries and Europe will be preferred. However, fresher’s with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

You will play a key role in guiding clients through the visa application process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with visit visa applications, documentation, and form submissions.
• Provide accurate information and advice on Schengen and European visa requirements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of visa regulations and updates.
• Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Ensure smooth processing and high approval rates by double-checking applications.
• Maintain records, follow up with clients, and support them throughout the process.

Requirements

• Prior experience in handling Schengen/European visit visas (preferred, not mandatory).
• Fresher’s with excellent communication and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English ; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.
