Visa Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Student Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the international education and immigration industry and should be capable of managing the entire student application process independently from initial counseling to visa submission.

The candidate must have a strong understanding of university admissions, application portals, visa procedures, and country-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study opportunities in countries such as the UK, Germany, Australia, Spain, Hungary, France, and other destinations.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs.
• Have complete knowledge of university application portals and admission procedures.
• Process applications from start to finish without supervision.
• Prepare and review admission and visa documentation.
• Guide students regarding SOPs, LORs, financial documents, and visa requirements.
• Track application progress and communicate updates to students.
• Handle follow-ups with universities and students professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all applications and client communications.
• Ensure applications are submitted within deadlines and according to university requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Student Visa Consultant or Education Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of university admission portals and application systems.
• Ability to independently process student applications from scratch to visa completion.
• Excellent understanding of study visa procedures and documentation requirements.
• Strong customer dealing, counseling, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify the right universities based on student profiles and academic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with UK, Germany, Australia, and European study destinations is highly preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate

We are specifically looking for someone who already has hands-on experience in the education consultancy industry, understands where and how to submit university applications, knows which universities to target according to student profiles, and can manage the complete admission and visa process independently.
