Job Title: Visa Consultant – Travel & Tourism
Primary Responsibilities:
- Visa Advisory & Consultation:
- Advise clients on visa types (tourist, business, student, work, transit, etc.) based on their requirements.
- Assess clients’ eligibility and prepare personalized visa plans.
- Provide guidance on embassy-specific processes, interviews, and documentation.
- Application Preparation & Submission:
- Collect, verify, and organize required documents (passport, financial statements, invitation letters, etc.).
- Fill visa application forms accurately and ensure no errors.
- Submit applications to embassies, consulates, or visa centers, adhering to deadlines.
- Travel & Itinerary Assistance:
- Prepare supporting documents like travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and flight reservations.
- Assist clients in understanding travel insurance, medical requirements, and other regulatory formalities.
- Recommend travel packages and tours in line with visa type and duration.
- Follow-Up & Tracking:
- Track the visa application status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Communicate with consulates or embassies regarding delays, additional documents, or clarifications.
- Notify clients about visa approvals, rejections, or extensions.
- Problem Solving & Escalation:
- Handle complex cases like prior visa rejections, immigration holds, or urgent travel requests.
- Liaise with legal or immigration experts when required.
- Suggest alternatives or corrective measures to ensure successful visa approval.
- Client Relationship & Customer Service:
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Educate clients about cultural norms, embassy etiquette, and travel compliance.
- Business Development & Networking:
- Develop partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Promote visa consultancy services through digital marketing, social media, or events.
- Attend trade shows or seminars related to travel, tourism, and immigration.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions, visa applications, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with local and international immigration laws and regulations.
- Update internal databases and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Training & Knowledge Enhancement:
- Stay updated on changes in visa rules, immigration laws, and travel advisories.
- Train junior staff or interns on visa processing procedures and customer service.
- Conduct workshops or webinars for clients on visa application processes.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on visa application status, approvals, and rejections.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like turnaround time and client satisfaction.
- Assist management in strategy planning for expanding visa consultancy services.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Deep knowledge of visa procedures, immigration laws, and international travel regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing applications.
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
