Visa Services Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa Services Manager to oversee visa processing operations and ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery. This role is responsible for managing a team, coordinating with embassies and partners, and ensuring all visa applications are handled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily visa processing operations, including application review and submission
  • Lead, train, and supervise the visa services team to ensure high performance
  • Ensure compliance with embassy requirements, immigration laws, and documentation standards
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and third-party service providers
  • Handle escalated or complex visa cases and resolve issues efficiently
  • Monitor processing timelines and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for visa processing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all applications
  • Provide guidance to clients on visa requirements, processes, and documentation
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare operational reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in visa processing, travel operations, or immigration services
  • 2–4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of visa regulations and embassy procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems

Pay: QAR19,000.00 per month
