Visit Visa Client Coordinator

We are looking for a Visit Visa Client Coordinator to manage incoming WhatsApp leads, respond professionally, build client trust, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. This role is ideal for someone with a background in travel and tourism who enjoys client interaction and has strong sales instincts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to leads received via WhatsApp
• Understand client requirements for visit visas and holiday/travel packages
• Guide clients through the process, answer queries, and follow up consistently
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings/sales
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations and lead status
• Coordinate with the visa processing and operations team for smooth handling
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Experience in the travel and tourism industry (visa consultancy, Holiday packages)
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written, Urdu/English)
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Comfortable handling high volumes of WhatsApp chats
• Customer-focused, patient, and responsive
• Basic computer/smartphone proficiency
