Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused, and detail-oriented Female Visit Visa & Tour Packages Consultant to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking visit visas (for tourism, family visits, etc.) and curated holiday packages. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and successful travel planning process, from visa documentation to delivering exceptional tour itineraries, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and our company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' travel purposes, preferences, and budgets for both visa applications and tour packages.
  • Visa Process Management: Manage the entire visit visa application process for various countries (e.g., UK, Schengen, USA, Canada, UAE, Turkey), from document preparation to submission and follow-up.
  • Documentation Expertise: Expertly review, compile, and verify all visa-supporting documents (financial, employment, invitation letters, travel insurance, itineraries) ensuring they meet specific embassy/consulate requirements.
  • Tour Package Design & Sales: Create, customize, and present compelling tour packages (including flights, hotels, transfers, activities). Upsell and cross-sell travel products effectively.
  • Application & Form Filling: Accurately complete complex visa application forms and related paperwork, ensuring error-free submissions.
  • Client Communication & Support: Maintain clear, professional, and prompt communication with clients, guiding them through each step of the visa and travel booking process.
  • Liaison & Market Knowledge: Liaise with embassies, visa application centers, airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Stay updated on the latest visa regulations, travel advisories, and tourism trends.
  • File Management: Maintain organized, confidential, and up-to-date digital records for all client visas and bookings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Communications).
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in visit visa consultancy and tour package sales/operations.
  • Knowledge: In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of visit visa processes for key destinations (UK, Schengen, UAE). Strong knowledge of global tourist destinations, travel products, and itinerary planning.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, visa application portals, and travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or similar is a plus).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients under deadlines.
  • Empathetic, patient, and passionate about travel and helping clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a travel agency focused on tour packages.
  • Personal travel experience to multiple international destinations.
  • A strong existing network with embassies, tourism boards, hotels, and airlines.
  • Certification in travel and tourism (e.g., IATA, CTA).
